During the all level 50-minute Vinyasa class, students will be guided in breath and flowing movement carefully paired with Shakespearean sonnet readings. The class is free, but registration is requested. Participants may arrive as early as 8:45am for check in at the entrance near 2nd Street on East Capitol Street.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothing that allows movement.
This yoga class may be filmed or photographed for documentary purposes. By entering into the class, you give your permission for the use of your likeness with regard to Folger promotional materials.
